Use Emotional Intelligence: Be aware of your thoughts and feelings and let go of what blocks you

In the process of Mental Health Coaching I support you in learning how to first consciously perceive your thoughts and feelings and then feel through and accept them without being overwhelmed.

In the next step you will learn to guide your thoughts and feelings in a mindful and loving way. Step by step you will be able to let go of what is blocking you and thus become free FOR the life you want to live.

You will no longer unconsciously or supposedly 'automatically' follow learned negative beliefs and imprints. Instead, you will consciously focus on what you want to change and how you want to feel, what you want to let go of, which positive experiences you want to attract into your life, what you want to achieve and perhaps what you want to contribute to in the world.

This is how you shape your life in harmony with your deepest needs, your inner values and your inner core.
This is the central and self-responsible step out of the negative thought spiral in which many people find themselves.

Master your Energy and allow yourself Abundance and a positive Vision for your Life!

Think of how you create your reality in every moment, while your energy follows your attention.

When you say "yes" to something, you attract more of that into your life, because that is what you are focused on.

When you say "no" to something, you attract more of that into your life, because that is what you are focused on.

Anything you focus on, you create. Once you understand this, you'll no longer create and shape your reality unconsciously and by default.

Instead, you'll become deliberate in your intention.

You mindfully choose and guide your thoughts about how you want to feel and what you want to attract and experience in your life.

This is a very important step out of the circle of negativity and thoughts about what you don't want. You take responsibility and become a powerful agent of change in your life.

Learn to use your Brain in a conscious and intelligent Way

Our brain is our greatest energy source. How and what we think determines, among other things, our self-confidence and self-esteem, our creativity, the quality of our relationships and our resilience. Modern brain research clearly proves the "neuroplasticity" of our brain:

It is and remains constantly able to change. We can learn to use our brain consciously and self-determined = emotionally intelligent!

Emotional Intelligence: Take Responsibility for your Life

As highly complex living beings, we have the ability to change the thought paths and nerve circuits in our brain step by step. This is a huge potential for healing and for aligning our lives with what makes us tick, what is in line with our true values, what we want for ourselves and our lives and what we want to contribute to.

Energy follows Attention. Do you choose Abundance or Lack as your Perspective?

Our almost 90 billion brain cells interpret the increasing amount of sensory impressions and information  we are exposed to every millisecond. This happens largely unconsciously.

Two very different perceptions strongly shape our emotions and our experience: Abundance and lack.

If we experience ourselves and the world from the perspective of abundance, we think positively and generously, we experience challenges as the key to growth. We can, for example, reinterpret "failures" as "that wasn´t quite enough". We get involved in life, we replace self-doubt with self-confidence and are convinced: There is quite enough for everyone. We commit ourselves to using our abilities, our intelligence  and our creativity for what and how we want to live. Our "neuroplastic" brain responds to this way of perceiving, thinking and feeling and we implement what we want more easily.

If, on the other hand, we experience ourselves and the world from the perspective of lack, our main emotion is fear. We are strongly focused on what we do not have, what does not work, what we could lose.

Change is difficult for us.

Dealing with Beliefs, Fear and (collective) Trauma

Fear is often part of unconscious and often collective experiences and traumas, sometimes inherited over several generations.

Traumatized people often respond to certain situations or "triggers" by "freezing", going into a fight, or withdrawing.

In this way they suppress or avoid their emotions and protect themselves from supposedly overwhelming, painful feelings.

This is an intelligent function of the nervous system from when the trauma originated.

Many people believe that certain experiences, learned behavior patterns and basic attitudes  towards themselves or towards life cannot be changed.

They believe themselves  “to be like that”, that “life is like that”, that they “can't change anything about it anyway”.

In this state of "autopilot", our brain decides in many situations, especially under stress, within nanoseconds for the supposedly "safe", learned reaction or behaviour: e.g. for anger and fighting, or for a path that supposedly means no danger, or promises immediate satisfaction.

Or for retreating into a victim position out of a deeply rooted feeling of powerlessness.

You can choose what you focus your Attention on

Awareness, acceptance and self-love are the keys to re-learning from thinking and acting on "autopilot" to "self-driving".

In this way, conscious change can take place step by step by step.

Our power of imagination and emotional intelligence supports us.
