What you get from online or in person Life Coaching and Couple Coaching with me


  • First we set the agenda: What are your issues? In which part of your life or work do you want to change? What prevents you from taking the necessary steps?

 

  • Second, we identify your limiting beliefs and work through any mental, emotional or energetic blockages that prevent you from achieving your goal(s) and finding your innermost core.


  • Third, we work with mindful detachment, enabling you to step back from the everplaying scenes in your head and learn to observe what´s going on with self-compassion and acceptance.

 

  • Fourth, we find out which resources, steps, habits and tools work best for you to help you with your concern, with a more conscious understanding of your own internal wiring and how you can guide your thoughts = your energy.

What we call our "personality" is the sum of our experiences. Often our behavior and  perception of problems are determined by mindsets, beliefs and (genetic) imprints from earlier times. Beliefs are thoughts that are connected to  feelings. Becoming aware of these usually unconscious patterns can be the key to framing a new, creative and self-determined way of dealing with your concerns.


During our collaboration, I share my sound psychological and trauma-informed expertise in coaching people of different age groups and nationalities and my longstanding experience in Systemic, Holistic and Mental Health Coaching.


Procedure

I coach "in the moment", which means our entire session is devoted to what you want to change or achieve in your life.

Whatever is your current priority becomes our focal point. You are the expert on you.

I support you mindfully in seeing things from a different perspective while energetically holding the space of your hightest potentail when blockages, subpersonalities or outside events may interfere.

The authentic and attentive encounter with you is just as important to me as the use of my coaching methods tailored to your concerns. This creates an atmosphere that invites you to become more aware of yourself and find solutions for what you want to change or bring into your life.

 

My own longstanding practice of mindfulness and meditation has taught me that solutions often emerge precisely when we allow ourselves to pause. And when we learn to consciously accept and mindfully direct our thoughts and feelings.

 

Methods include: Systemic Coaching, wingwave® /EMDR Coaching, Family Constellation Work


I work with a combination of methods from systemic and classical coaching and bodywork.

In addition, my offer includes working with the Yager Method and Hypnosis Coaching in order to include your subconscious and inner potential as support to your Coaching Process.


As a special offer, there is also the option of a one or two day Intensive Coaching Process online,  in Cologne,  or as a retreat in the nearby Nature.
